Check-in process was a bit slow. I appreciated the clean room and the lovely toiletries provided. The pool is a nice perk, open late, a bonus for evening swims. A good experience despite some minor hiccups.

I appreciated the hotel, its extremely spacious and huge room and wonderful staff. The venue was set in the central position really close to stores and the cafe and restaurants and shops;))

My check-in experience was annoyingly slow, and the staff's lack of attentiveness was alarming. I waited for my room to be cleaned after a three-day stay, only to find that all they did was empty the bathroom trash can. The breakfast options were disappointingly overpriced and barely edible, almost resembling hospital food.

Fairly clean hotel in a very comfortable building adjacent to restaurants and many downtown Nanaimo restaurants, stores, waterfront. Brand-new, functional room with a private bathroom and shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets. Marvellous location, 10 minutes' walk to Maffeo Sutton Park. Also, near the Gabriola ferry terminal.

Consider requesting extra toiletries upon arrival, as my room had an empty shampoo bottle, inconvenient .

I don't even know where to start! The staff's attitude was appalling. After our stay, we received unexplainable charges and a lack of communication. I was also intending to receive a complimentary upgrade but was treated like just another guest. I almost gave a good review, but couldn't after this calamity of service.

Beautiful hotel with a fine partial ocean view. And the staff were friendly. The lobby bar had great drinks for winding down. Plus, there's live music on weekends.

The fitness center is well-equipped, and the lounge area was perfect for winding down after exploring nearby parks and the vibrant harborfront. I appreciated the staff's warm welcome and the relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay.

The pricing for parking could be clearer, and the mini-fridge cooling system needs some improvement.

the elevators were a hassle, but the staff were super helpful and friendly. the location was fantastic, with easy access to downtown. enjoyed the spacious room and loved the comfortable bed.
